Six months of pocket time
The anodising has worn at the clip, which is expected and looks fine. The switch has not become mushy. The laser module, which I assumed was a gimmick and which it broadly is, has been used exactly twice — both times to point at something on a roof, both times entirely unnecessary and extremely satisfying.
The bottom line
Recommendation unchanged. Buy the spare cable at the same time and stop thinking about torches.
